Irina was a pleasure to work with on our condo sale. My buyer knew Irina’s listing would get multiple interest and she didn’t want to miss her opportunity to win it. Irina was pivotal when it came to helping our due diligence prior to offer submission, to ensure the HOA would meet my buyer’s needs – all the way from helping to get the newly required HOA Balcony Inspection Report (the HOA had not included them in the original package sent out in December), to helping get crucial questions answered that helped my buyer feel comfortable to remove all but the HOA insurance contingency to ensure the lender was satisfied for approval. My client won the offer over multiple interest, including all cash buyers; Irina helped the seller to see my buyer’s commitment and strong price with very strong terms - the seller agreed and accepted. We were able to remove all contingencies 3 days sooner and close 2 days sooner than originally offered. In our current climate where realtors need to work together for best results and a smooth close, Irina was a true professional and pleasure to work with to make this a win-win for both parties.
